Products, tools and open-source work. Each one has a short case study on the problem and how it was built.

Small merchants importing from China (Gabon, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroun, Bénin, Sénégal, Togo, Mali) had no structured way to consolidate shipments, track where their goods were, or pay the way they actually pay (Mobile Money, not cards). MonGroupage gives them a client portal to build a dossier, pay a deposit, and track it through 11 real statuses to pickup — and gives the operations team the back-office CRM that actually runs the business behind it.

In Bénin, real estate listings circulate informally through TikTok videos and word of mouth, with no central place to search by neighborhood or price, no way to tell if a listing is still available, and no direct way to contact whoever posted it. LogeAfrica is a mobile-first marketplace that structures that chaos: an AI-assisted pipeline sources and verifies listings from TikTok, tenants browse a tag-filterable video feed, message announcers directly in-app (text and voice), and pay for premium instant alerts through local mobile money.

Before LogeAfrica's mobile-first rebuild existed, LogeMoi was a full Next.js web marketplace: tag-based property search, an announcer dashboard, FedaPay payments, Google Maps-backed listings, messaging, and a comparison tool. It worked, but a desktop-era grid/list layout stopped fitting a catalog increasingly sourced from short-form TikTok video — that mismatch is what drove the decision to design and ship a separate mobile-first successor rather than retrofit this one.

Most WordPress translation tools force a tradeoff between fast-but-shallow instant translation and heavy enterprise tools that are expensive and rigid. Dotaga Translate gives site owners a practical multilingual workflow with dedicated translated URLs, sitemap automation, and a full translation management screen inside WordPress admin.

Sellers needed a scalable customer-facing store they could share as a link, without forcing customers to install an app. The storefront is fast, brandable, and supports both platform subdomains and seller-owned custom domains.

Local sellers who relied on WhatsApp and social media had no structured way to manage catalogs, track orders, coordinate deliveries, or scale operations. Motiboutik gives sellers a single platform to launch a store quickly while centralizing sales, payments, subscriptions, and delivery management.

Event discovery and ticket booking in emerging markets is often fragmented and unreliable. Explotel gives guests a mobile-first way to discover events, book securely, and manage reservations end to end, with payment and refund rules handled transparently behind the scenes.
